Cancellation Policy

Once you have registered for the course/workshop/seminar/forum, it will be deemed as a commitment that you will attend the course/workshop/seminar/forum. Once registered, the course fee would be payable regardless of actual attendance due to our venue booking and limitation of participation. 

Cancellation or withdrawal is not permitted after the payment has been made. However, we welcome replacement. The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform participants of the change, and we are open to a documented negotiation for a special request.

Replacement Policy

Given a 3-day notice before course commencement, companies may replace participants who have signed up for the course.

This policy outlines our company's commitment to protect the personal data of our training participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Collection and Use of Personal Data: We collect participants' personal data for marketing and registration purposes only. This includes their name, contact information, and relevant training details. We will obtain consent before collecting any sensitive personal data.

Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect participants' personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse. We restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention: We will retain participants' personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

Access and Correction: Participants have the right to access and correct their personal data held by us. Requests can be made in writing to our designated contact person.

Disclosure of Personal Data: We will not disclose participants' personal data to third parties without their consent, except where required by law.

Amendments to Policy: We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
